Property Controller

Excellent Opportunity with Publicly Traded company in San Diego, Ca. CPA,CMA or MBA Preferred, B.S. in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 8 years progressive accounting experience;Experience in Public accounting a plus. Requires a track record of success in a role as Controller, preferably in Property management or real estate (Public company or REIT experience helpful) with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role with responsibility for managing an accounting staff.

Assist SEC Reporting Manager in the coordination and preparation of quarterly, annual and special reports filed with the SEC
REQUIREMENTS
BA/S in Accounting,finance,economics, or related field.

CPA.CMA or MBA preferred

Thorough knowledge of GAAP with experience that demonstrates advanced skill in accounting and financial theory,methods and techniques.
