Property Accountant (DL)

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 per year Real-Estate Developer Organization is looking for a Senior AccountantReporting directly to the Property Manager, you will gain hands-on accounting experience while being exposed to real-estate portfolio management.
Person hired will be responsible for: Property Accounting, reconciliations of cash accounts, journal entries, compliance, prepare for financial statement audits, analyze property financial data.
YOU MUST HAVE:
B.S. in Accounting
1-3 years experience in a public/corporate accounting environment
Financial Statement preparation and General Ledger maintenance
CPA or CPA Candidate
