Project/Program Controller

Key Role: Manage a team of junior staff in the delivery of project controls services on multiple contracts at FDIC and other market-facing projects. Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and project scheduling with additional scope for project performance measurement. Work with senior management in driving EVM implementation down to the components while helping to implement defined EV processes, conduct analysis on the EV data, and maintain stringent quality control of the management reports.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with EVM

-3 years of experience with project controls, including scheduling, performance measurement, and risk analysis

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications

-PMP Certification preferred

-Knowledge of ANSI 748A EVM standards
