Recruiter summary:

Our client has a great contract Recruiter position available in Norwalk, CT with a large, well known financial services organization. We are looking for candidates with previous financial services experience. This person will handle the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing and qualifying candidates. Must be able to manage 10-15 open requisitions.

Recruiter is responsible for:
Providing day to day functional staffing and recruiting expertise through creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Developing and implementing strategies to source qualified diverse candidates to meet requirements for entry to mid -level positions from internal, external and/or referral candidate pools.
Leading and participating as part of the overall recruiting team to provide high quality, timely and cost-effective staffing and placement services to internal customers.
Building relationships with candidate pools and ensures timely communication regarding placement decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have high energy, strong sense of urgency and the ability to multi task.
Candidates with operations, accounting, finance or risk recruiting experience in financial services are preferred.We offer:
