This position will be working on site with other project team members to manage all administrative aspects and assist with the operation aspects of construction projects in the Louisville Region.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires high levels of effective oral and written communication skills, organization skills and time management skills. Specific responsibilities will vary from project to project but generally include: invoice entry, payroll entry, document control, progress reporting, project closeout, change order processing, monthly billing, cost report preparation, and general office administration.
Qualified candidates must be proven self-starters, detail-oriented and able to work to meet deadlines. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite is required. A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, preferably accounting, is required.
