Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Project Director II to join our team in San Francisco, CA.Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to lead a team of Hospital Billing Analysts at a Client hospital facility in accomplishing the revenue reimbursement goals set out in the contract. The Director establishes implements and enforces the operational processes needed to successfully accomplish project and company objectives. The Director will provide leadership, organization and support to the project staff and acts as the primary contact for the client. Typically, the Director manages 10-20 Hospital Billing Analysts on engagements that typically run 6-12 months. This position requires 100% travel.Additional Responsibilities

Successfully execute scope of the assigned project by controlling, monitoring and resolving the initial inventory and additional placements

Act as an on-site liaison and resource to client

Identifies and resolves problems, and suggests improvements that will benefit the client, as well as Perot Systems

Monitors staff performance, evaluating strengths and deficiencies, and provides necessary development in third-party collection procedures

Ensures that all cash is accurately accounted for with supportive documentation and is reported on a timely basis

Ensures that all corporate reporting is accurately completed and forwarded to Perot
Systems within the mandated timeframe

Anticipate, present solutions and prevent potential financial liability to the client and Perot Systems

Conduct presentations to management and client concerning issues, programs or projectsRequired Skills:

Business experience in Hospital Receivables Management

3-5 years experience as Director/Manager in a medical business office

Knowledge of third-party billing, reimbursement and follow-upDesired Skills:

Additional college trainingMinimum Educational Requirements:
