Project Billing

Purpose:
Our client, a top environmental management and consulting engineering company, with a nationwide network of offices, is currently searching for a Project Accountant to assist in their billing. This person is expected to have experience in detail oriented project billing.

On a day to day basis, this person is expected to
- Work closely with Project Managers to see that they have accurate billing reports and are advised when their projects are due for billing.
- Completing and posting adjustments and transfers;
- Verifying and confirming revised Billing Reports;
- Preparing draft invoices and posting final invoices to the GL are all expected of the performance.

To be qualified with opportunities with Aerotek and our clients, an Associates degree in a business related field is required, Bachelors degree is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, as well as with Automated accounting systems is desired. A minimum of 2 years experience in a professional service or similar environment is also required.Classification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
