The Orange County Office of a very successful office furniture dealership company is looking for a Project Assistant to work as a liaison between the Project Manager, Sales Staff, Manufacturers and Clients. Assist the Project Manager's staff with all aspects of document processing and schedule management for assigned projects. Career opportunity.Responsibilities include:Assist with bid preparation.
Assist Project Manager in pricing and sales agreements.
Placement of purchase orders.
Process orders and service calls from Clients.
Ownership and maintenance of client files.
Ensure receipt and resolution of Manufacturer's acknowledgements.
Expedite and track orders.
Issue notification to invoice.
Preparation of installation package.
Follow up on punch list items.

REQUIREMENTS
We require the following for the Project Assistant:Highly organized, detail-oriented and multi-tasking.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Display problem solving skills and be self-motivated.
Work well under pressure.
Able to prioritize and process tasks with a sense of urgency.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook CPA Worksheet and the Internet.
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency on Knoll Exchange.
BA or BS degree.
