By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job as a Project Analyst is to build relationships and tailor approaches according to client needs at all levels within UBS. You balance the needs of different clients through prioritization. You create process maps, project plans, track action, and issue resolutions. You compile large amounts of information into a single cohesive document to provide Management with a transparent overview of projects in the lifecycle. You help to ensure the performance of the full project management lifecycle and project controls are present.Preferred Qualifications:You are a candidate with Product and Process knowledge. You have the following skills: Project Management, Change Management, Stock Exchange and Financial Markets regulations, Process Re-engineering, Software evaluation, Data Security/System integrity, Vendor Management, Risk Management and Mitigation, Securities Product Processing, and/or Disaster Recovery or Contingency Planning. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a professional with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the full project management lifecycle and project controls. You have strong oral and written communication skills that enable you to communicate effectively at all levels within UBS. You have solid organizational and analytical skills (especially with project financial management and spreadsheet analysis).
