Product Manager, Contracts, Plant Services

Position Summary:
Global responsibility for the management of the Plant Services Contracts business. Responsible for achieving the overall revenue growth and operating earnings targets for the business. Key responsibilities include development of the strategy and its execution to achieve those objectives. Responsibility also includes planning, development coordination and market introduction of product development activities under his/her responsibility to ensure cost effective, global competitive solutions. Also responsible for pricing, forecasting, competitive evaluation, product positioning and product marketing activities. Additional, will work in conjunction with the Delivery team in setting direction and ensuring appropriate delivery of the Contract Offerings as designed for each customer.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
BS-Mechanical Engineering, BS-Electrical Engineering, BS-Business/Marketing or equivalent degree. Minimum of five years of prior industry experience in Product Marketing , Product Management, Commercial Marketing or Sales of automation products or services. (This may be overridden by 10 years of related experience). A demonstrated ability to drive results is very important. Good communication skills, knowledge of Rockwell Automation sales models and channels, and an ability to work within a team environment to achieve the business objectives.

Willingness to travel 50% to 70% of the time with 25% of that travel being international.
