Product Development Analyst

In the role of Product Development Analyst, the individual would be expected to write business requirements, act as liaison to developers and vendors, create and execute UAT plans and scripts, document procedures and policies (?Best Practices?), and create and execute implementation plans (training, rollout, transition to Product Support team).Requirements:
Write and review business requirements
Facilitate developer or vendor creation of design documents and functional specifications
Create and execute User Acceptance Testing plans and scripts
Document procedures, policies, and Best Practices
Create and execute implementation plans
When required, create and manage project plansQualifications:
B.S. / B.A. required
2 to 3 years prior business analyst or QA analyst experience required
Minimum 8 years related experience in the financial services industry
Prior involvement with financial services systems projects
Understanding of custody, fund accounting, and fund administration operations
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Experience with test script preparation and execution
Experience writing and reviewing business requirements
Experience with implementation plan preparation and execution
Ability to work with business users and systems personnel in a team environment
Broad understanding of the business considerations when implementing new business systems
