Processing/Customer Service Support Specialist

This position is responsible for processing personnel and payment processing transactions on a weekly basis. The goal is to deliver high-tech, low-cost solutions to the organization for repeatable transaction processing. Perform, monitor, support and answer all in-coming phone calls regarding transaction processing for employee lifecycle (hire, transfer, promotion, demotion and termination), employee data changes, dues/trust transactions, wage, pay change and payroll/payments.Sunday through Friday flexible schedule based on shifts availability. Hours: Between 7 am and 11 pm.
REQUIREMENTS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Research, analyze, update employee information and correct any transaction system errors.
• Diagnose issues and either resolve or escalate to appropriate party.
• Responsible for timely completion of “error/defect free” work in a timely fashion.
• Ensure consistency / compliance in transaction processing and documentation maintenance.
• Provide outstanding service to our customers consistently.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Self-motivated team player
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Proficient typing / numerical data entry ability
• Solid research and problem solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong PC skills and experience with Microsoft Office
• One year of combined payroll, personnel processing and customer service experience preferred
