Process Improvement Coordinator

Manage the issues database(s) for all compliance areas with strong concentration on SOX, and coordinate the tracking, remediation, and related communications regarding issues of all nature. Assist with issue resolution worldwide for INTEQ and BHDF as the need arises. Assist with the documentation and testing of internal controls for INTEQ and Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids as needed. Assist in training division personnel on SOX and internal controls to ensure compliance with internal controls worldwide. Assist in the development of procedures designed to address SOX 404 testing failures, and any other compliance issues that arise worldwide. Work with external auditors as required ensuring that all SOX issues have been addressed. Perform special projects as assigned. Contribute to the team success by working with all members of the Compliance and Risk Management Group to achieve objectives

REQUIREMENTS
Sound understanding of internal control and US GAAP would be extremely beneficial. Exposure to IAS and international operations would add considerable strength. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to deal with all levels of management, convey clear information and express difficult concepts with diplomacy and tact.
