With aggressive growth planned for the next several years, FedEx Kinko's is in search of the best of the best to join our team!Position SummaryResponsible for business process analysis, systems analysis, systems design, development, testing, deployment and support of PeopleSoft customer billing and accounts receivable interfaces. Develop strong relationships with business partners and customers to ensure delivery of systems that meet budget, schedule, functionality, performance, and quality expectations.
Position ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business partners for analysis, planning, and maintenance required to support FedEx Kinkos business needs and maintain adequate controls
Establish, communicate, and execute project plans in support of customer service initiatives, including
Work with project team members in various business areas to analyze impact of new and existing system projects
Identify and document requirements for changes to the applications resulting from Work Requests, statutory changes or new software releases
Collaborate with software providers as required to ensure successful implementation of software solutions
Modify, test, and deploy code for business systems
Work closely with Information Resources group to evolve database schemas to support new requirements
Control changes to the supported applications to minimize down time and ensure full testing before implementation
Work with other team members in designing, building, deploying, and supporting changes to system components such as reports and data feeds which interact with these applications
Interact with technology, field, and FKSO departments to resolve operating, technical, and coordination problems, which impact business systems including performance tuning of existing systems
QualificationsFor new hires, must meet all FedEx Kinkos employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful passing of background check and drug screening
For current FedEx Kinkos team members, must have received a Meets Standard or above on last performance appraisal
Must sign all required team member agreements
Minimum 3 years experience in customer billing, AR, customer service or other closely related systems. Prefer PeopleSoft AR v. 8.8 or better.
3-5 years experience in developing App Engines, People Code and PeopleSoft queries
Knowledge of PeopleSoft AR specific jobs such as AR Update and Payment Predictor a plus.
Strong SQL skills required. Oracle PL SQL skills a plus
3-5 years progressively responsible technical project management experience
Experience with systems integration of browser based and package applications
Experience as lead developer on multiple business critical software systems
BS Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Thorough knowledge of database applications, Oracle and SQL/Server preferred
Solid understanding of business process design and audit controls
Strong communication skills to interact at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical skills
Familiarity with web architecture preferred
