Pricing Manager

Key Role: Manage and lead Booz Allen teams in providing pricing support for a wide range of cost proposals in the US government markets. Lead teams in analyses and strategy development for high-viability and must-win procurements. Develop process improvements and methodologies for proposal development and analyses. Provide guidance and counsel to subordinates and internal clients on all aspects of proposal preparation, including RFP analysis, FAR, CAS disclosure and compliance issues, terms, pricing strategies, business risks, and cost proposal content. Ensure quality control and compliance with estimating systems. Manage team workflows, monitor team performance, and develop and coach junior staff.



Job Requirements













Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience in a federal government pricing or contracting environment

-Experience with Microsoft Excel modeling

-Ability to work flexible hours

-BA or BS degree



Additional Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with accounting, finance, or compensation analysis preferred

-Experience with systems development or professional services proposals a plus

-Knowledge of EVMS or software pricing systems, including ProPricer, COBRA, MPM, or PPAS a plus
