Pricing Analyst

TITLE: Pricing Analyst



DIVISION: Operations Group

DEPARTMENT: Finance Department

POSITION REPORTS TO: Finance Director

EDUCATION / SKILLS: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics; a minimum of two years relevant experience in pricing and cost proposal development; proficiency in MS Excel and Word; willingness to learn innovative and creative approaches to using business applications; excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work as a team member, as well as independently; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; high-energy and attention to detail; and ability to be a self-starter.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Reads State Action Requests (SARs) and formulates questions with regard to pricing, performance standards, and terms and conditions.
2.Attends all pricing / operations related planning meetings.
3.Ensures compliance with SAR costing requirements.
4.Ensures costing conforms to our cost/pricing standards.
5.Ensures accuracy and integrity of cost and financial information.
6.Documents all cost and pricing assumptions.
7.Works with project team to develop cost-related narratives/assumptions.
8.Prepares cost proposal and/or other pricing schedules / reports in accordance with SAR requirements.
