Portfolio Manager

Our client is seeking a Portfolio Manager for their Colorado Office
For the past 25 years, this company has completed commercial real estate transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. They specialize in acquiring commercial real estate loans from banks, life insurance companies, conduits, and other financial institutions, while also providing new commercial real estate loans to their real estate owner/developer clients

Manage the company's $175MM commercial real estate loan portfolioSupervise the loan servicing staffCoordinate the flow of borrower payment data to the Company's accounting department and lendersOrganize and maintain loan file documentation and dataAnalyze and monitor borrower payment performance, financial condition and operating trendsConstruct and deliver reports to senior management summarizing portfolio performance, loss reserve requirements, payment performance trends and portfolio profitabilityWork closely with the Company's lenders and loan participants in facilitating an efficient and accurate flow of information with Loan servicing operationAssist in the due diligence analysis of new loan origination and acquisition opportunities including off-site file review, property inspections and interaction with potential borrowers

REQUIREMENTS
Solid commercial real estate loan experience including lending, loan analysis, loan servicing and/or special asset management. Good management and communication skills Ability to assist and train staff in a small, rapidly growing company Must be a self-starter able to make decisions and work with little supervision Experience with special assets helpful College degree preferred
