Your Opportunity
REQUIREMENTS
Responsible for retrieving and processing of monthly servicing data. Assist in the preparation of monthly 8K, Citi Warehouse, Gold Warehouse, and Royal Warehouse reports, and compile the backup documentation. Prepare monthly loan loss, and consolidation loss analyses for Accounting, delinquency lists for Compliance, and keep track of loan sales as well as private loan disbursements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Monthly servicing data processing; download monthly servicing data, print servicing reports, compile data, import data from Cognos into the Portfolio Analysis spreadsheet and check for accuracy.
2. Prepare monthly Consolidation Loss, Loan Loss, and Loan Sale/Bond Swap analyses and Delinquency Lists.
3. Prepare backup documentation for the monthly 8K, Citi Warehouse, and Servicing reports
4. Track private loan disbursements and prepare monthly private loan invoices and analyses.

Skills/ Requirements QUALIFICATIONS:
BA Economics
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
2+ years of analytical experience

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:
Bachelors Degree
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
2+ years of relevant experience
Technical background or financial industry background with Data base skills a must!
