Job DescriptionReporting to the Plant Manager in support of Dothan Plant Management in establishing and achieving operational plans and goals. Responsibilities include:Compile monthly operating results and review with Plant ManagementEstablish and oversee Stock Control ProgramCoordinate and prepare annual plant operating budgets and revisionsEstablish and maintain adequate Property Accounting records and proceduresConduct special studies as requested and participate in long range operations planningAssist with Sales/Marketing analysis on existing and new product opportunitiesDirect, assist, counsel and motivate direct reports to assure the efficient and professional operation of their functions and to assist in their development

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in AccountingExcellent analytical and communication skillsMinimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing accounting environment with increased levels of responsibilityERP experience helpful, JD Edwards experience a plus
