Plan Administrator II

The Client Service Manager is responsible for communicating with clients regarding service delivery, providing assistance on day-to-day retirement plan administration, troubleshooting plan issues, and discussing the impact of select legislative requirements. The Client Service Manager ensures the delivery of optimal service and client satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a client service environment required. ADP payroll experience is a plus. 401(k) experience is a plus.
Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates strong listening skills. Knows tools to support daily functions such as: Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Demonstrates ability to learn other proprietary system tools (Omni Plus, Omni Pay, Plan Net, Documentum, Merrill Connect, Rapid Enroller, Telrep, Plan Profile and Clarify). Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, function in a fast paced environment, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to take and follow directions and meet client deadlines. Able to work in a team environment and work closely with other associates.
