REQUIREMENTS
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct On-Site audits.
2. Establish and update policies and procedures for audits.
3. Assist pharmacies with questions pertaining to audits.
4. Assist with audit programs, including credentialing audits of pharmacies and PBM audits, as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Knowledge of medications on the market and their pharmacology.
2. Knowledge of PBM operations.
3. Written/oral communication skills.
4. Problem solving
5. Computer skills with experience with Access, Word, Excel.
6. Telephone etiquette.

Credentials and Experience:

Required:

1. Licensed Pharmacist (R.Ph. or Pharm.D.) or Licensed Pharmacy Technician (TCH or CPhT)
2. Degree preferably in Health Care.
3. Minimum 1 year retail pharmacy experience.

Special Requirements:
1. Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by management.
2. Travel required, local and out of area.
3. Attend meetings as deemed necessary by management.
