Job Duties/Responsibilities:You need to be a results oriented individual who will conduct/lead audits of operational functions of the Personal Lines Managed Program Business. You will be evaluating processes and controlsIdentifying areas/processes for improvements and propose recommendations.You will also be responsible for preparing audit reports for senior management review. Personal Lines Underwriting Auditor

Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelors degree preferred, but willing to substitute work experience Preferred 3+ years of personal lines insurance underwriting or claims experienceMust be willing to travel 60% of the timeMust possess strong work ethic, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, strong analytical skills. Must be customer service oriented, having a pleasant, professional demeanor.Must be able to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing demands. Must maintain a high level of accuracy with ability to work independently and follow directions. Must be dependable, thorough and demonstrate good judgment.Good PC, interpersonal, and phone skills.
