The Allstate Personal Financial Representative:

As an Allstate Personal Financial Representative (PFR), you’ll have the opportunity to pursue quality leads by leveraging the agent system. By teaming up with an Allstate agent, you will have an opportunity to tap into a proven book of business. This positions you to reach the most interested and viable prospects.

As an Allstate Personal Financial Representative you’ll be positioned to offer customers a variety of options for their financial needs:

Full life products portfolio, including variable products
Fixed and variable annuities
Over 50 different mutual fund families

Job Duties typically include:
Selling services and equipment, such as trust, investment, and
check processing services.
Developing prospects from current commercial customers, referral
leads, and sales and trade meetings.
Contacting prospective customers to present information and explain
available services.
Determining customers' financial services needs and prepares
proposals to sell services.
Reviewing business trends and advises customers regarding expected
fluctuations.
Making presentations on financial services to groups to attract new
clients.
Preparing forms or agreement to complete sale.
Evaluating costs and revenue of agreements to determine continued
profitability.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience Required:

Qualified candidates should have at least three years of financial services or life insurance experience and have the applicable NASD licenses. A 4-year degree and industry designations are preferred.
