Peoplesoft Financials Support - Functional - (Contract-to-Hire)

Network Operations Technician – Tier 2 Support



Applicant will be responsible for providing 2nd level Technical Support to field technicians, for the following products; Nortel Meridian Opt 11-81C, Succession PBX’s, Call Pilot, Meridian Mail, Symposium Call Center, BCM, Avaya S8100, S8700, and Octel Voice Mail.



A minimum of 5 years telecommunications and Nortel experience required.

Applicant must have received Nortel formal training and certification a must.

In addition, applicant must also have good interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a team environment. Must be a self-starter, and have both oral and written skills.



Contract Assignment going through 3/2/07 with possible extension.

Payrate $20-$25 per hour depending upon experience.

Schedule is typical M-F.
REQUIREMENTS


5 years experience with Telecommunications and Nortel experience.

Must have Nortel Certification.
