Payroll Specialist

Purpose:
This large Bothell Outsourcing Company is among the industry leaders. They seek top Payroll Professionals to join their team.

Our client currently finds themselves in need of 1-2 strong Payroll Specialists. They seek proven and experienced Full Cycle Payroll Professionals, who are used to dealing with large volume (250+ employees), high work rate, customer service oriented, deadline driven individuals.

The specific qualifications include professionalism, attention to detail / accuracy, team work, and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate(s) will have 2+ years of high volume payroll experience, understanding of various payroll software, and will be able to process, review, and analyze payroll documents.
The ability to stay calm under fire is highly desirable. Additional experience in garnishments and adjustments is also strongly desired. Multi-state experience, strong PC skills (MS Office Suite), Interfacing Files, and previous exposure to an FTP Server highly desired.
