Payroll Manager (915381)

Responsible for training, supervising and managing payroll staff ensuring a high quality of service is provided to employees in an accurate and timely manner; manage the activities of assigned payroll staff in providing quality payroll services at all assigned locations and oversee the completion of all payroll activities necessary to produce accurate payroll checks, voluntary and involuntary deductions, and reports; and manage the activities involved in updating and maintaining the payroll systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum three years experience in payroll or a similar environment - including two years payroll system experience required, preferably in a multi-site company/location environment
Minimum two years supervisory experience
Familiarity with federal and state wage and hour laws
Knowledge of international payroll regulations, as required
Knowledge of PeopleSoft fundamentals
Knowledge of a suite of office software packages
CPP certification preferred
