Payroll Information Systems Analyst - (Overland Park, Kansas)

Yellow Roadway Corporation Worldwide (YRCW), Enterprise Services Inc. has an exciting career opportunity for a Payroll Information Systems Analyst. The chosen individual will be responsible for providing the management for the enterprise wide payroll, PeopleSoft and legacy systems.

The primary duties for this team member will be the following:Monitor and adjust relevant PeopleSoft and legacy systems for accuracy of payroll files and employee data. Analyze, develop and implement new system applications. Coordinate and test changes to the system. Administer balance and audit activities. Provide leadership, consultation, direction and training for other team as well as end user departments.
REQUIREMENTS


In order to be considered for this position, the candidate must meet the following criteria:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable area.

1 - 3 years of Human Resources, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, General Ledger and/or related systems experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of the following as an information retrieval tool: SAS, SQL, PeopleSoft/Query

Knowledge and understanding of PC systems such as spreadsheets, word processors and databases.

Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in order to meet scheduled deadlines
