Payroll Coordinator
North Wales, PAThe selected candidate will be responsible for payroll processing and other payroll functions utilizing ADP and PeopleSoft. In this role, you will verify and/or calculate time entry of timesheets for hourly employees and entering the information into ADP; maintain ADP; review and correct changes from PeopleSoft to ADP. Additionally, you will be responsible for employee referral bonus processing; reviewing ADP invoices; updating/maintaining payroll files; disability payments; garnishments; employment verifications; and serve as backup in regard to payroll issues.The qualified candidate will have a BS degree or equivalent work-experience working with ADP and PeopleSoft payroll systems. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment is required. Must be able to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, diplomacy and must be able to effectively interact with all levels of management.
