Payroll Coordinator

0 Processes all payroll adjustments, Associate status changes, and wage garnishments.
0 Generates and audits Associate status change and payroll audit reports.
0 Corrects all benefit indicated data errors.
0 Answers/resolves any payroll issues that come up in assigned Dealerships.
0 Audits payroll transactions to ensure accuracy of all wage/tax, management reports and general ledger interface.
0 Prepares and handles issues relating to bank statements and other related accounting reports.
0 Generates and distributes payroll and management reports.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience: 0 Ability to perform multi-site payroll processing or have minimum 3-5 years multi-site payroll processing experience.
0 Prior ADP payroll processing experience
0 Ability to protect confidential information.
0 Ability to perform in a fast paced and flexible environment.
0 Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
0 Working knowledge of MS office software - MS Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word, and Office.
0 Strong communication skills.
