General Summary: Performs clerical duties related to the preparation and processing of payroll accounts, non-qualified retirement plans, and defined benefits plans. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Enters payroll and human resources data into payroll system
Processes semi-monthly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls
Audits timesheets and ensures the completeness of employee pay and distribution of company labor resources

REQUIREMENTS
Job Specifications: High School diploma or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years clerical or accounting experience, preferably in payroll processing
Understanding and working knowledge of Ceridian
Experience with ADP a plus
Strong mathematical and accounting skills
