Payroll Administrator

Law firm seek Payroll Administrator for our 47th Street and Bell location. Must have at least two years of experience is a small to medium size company and have worked with outside payroll service bureau, preferably ADP. Will be responsible for receiving data from mulitple offices, validating that the data is accurate and complete, and ensuring that the data is entered into ADP and EZLabor correctly. This position requires a strict attention to detail and personal accountability. Must have the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships and communications with employees.

Duties include the following: responsible for setup of personnel, job data and financial information for all new hires; responsible for the initial setup up and maintenance of benefits and PTO; responsible for updating job data and pay rate changes for employees; responsible for updating miscellaneous records like direct deposit, terminations, promotions, etc.
