Payroll/Admin Associate
We are a Honolulu based agency with six years of history providing behavioral and educational services to children and adults with all types of special needs throughout Oahu ,Maui and Kauai. We specialize in working with individuals with autism spectrum and developmental disorders. We provide direct professional and paraprofessional services to individual clients, and consultation and training to schools, families, residential programs etc. We are a highly ethical organization with an emphasis on quality.
We seek an individual with a wide range of skills who is flexible about tasks performed. This is a full time position. We believe we offer very competitive salaries and benefits.
The tasks that this position performs include:
==>Provide support to the Director of Operations with various compliance issues such as:
==>Required documentation and training
==>Payroll Data Entry
==>Process Payroll
==>Set Up garnishments and other mandated items
==>Issue Stop Payments, Maintain Record of Office Expenses in Quickbooks
==>Fax required documentation of employee work hours
==>Correspond with employees regarding HR areas
==>Process Employee Health Insurance (Enrollments, Terminations, Cobra Benefits, Open Enrollments, Process Initial and Term Cobra Notices, Respond to employee questions regarding health insurance).
==>Track Employee Training, Vacation and Sick Time.
==>Provide Employees with Training Reports of completed hours.
==>Book rooms for trainings, receive RSVP’s for attendance of trainings and provide feedback to trainers.
==>Maintain monthly training and group supervision calendars
==>Assist with answering office phones, order office supplies, printing materials, book travel arrangements and other office tasks when needed.
Our office is near Ala Moana Mall. Currently four people in our office. We are Mac users, but Mac experience is not required.
A BA degree, 2+ years relevant experience is preferable but not required.
