Payables Coordinator

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit Spot Radio, Television & Network TV/Cable payable batches to verify vendor name & invoice amount match the A54 DDS Clearance report
File vendor invoices that have been processed by Invoice Auditors pending cash disbursements</li.
Generate DDS reports
Process vendor checks
Mail & send checks via overnight delivery to specified vendors
Answer vendor phone calls
Once the checks are generated, file the duplicate check copies in the appropriate file cabinets

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS
50 WPM on Computer Keyboard
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
High level communication skills-both verbal & written
Experience with Excel & Word
10 Key by touch

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Accounts Payable experience preferred but not required
