About The Position: San Francisco office seeks a patent attorney with 1-4 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience in the biotechnological arts. Law firm or USPTO experience and exposure to litigation, opinions and due diligence reviews is a plus. Advanced technical degree required (Ph.D. preferred).
