Part Time Office Services Coordinator

Will gather information from multiple sources and prepare reports / presentations for management and customers. Update and manage several technology databases (primarily Lotus Notes, Excel, HSM). Utilize various software to store, edit, format, proofread, print and revise letters, memos, statistical tables, reports, charts, graphs, labels, certificates and other printed material. Assist in coordinating Customer Training Schools (coordinating meeting room, meals, AV equipment, invitation ordering, mail list coordination, follow-up surveys, etc.), ordering samples and literature.Job Requirements
Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word. Candidate must be able to type 35 wpm and have excellent grammar and communication skills. Part-Time casual position. Maximum of 19 hours per week.
