Part-Time Financial Analyst

Our client, a Fortune 500 company located in the Midland area has an immediate opening for Part-Time Financial Analyst. The hours for this position will be approximately 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for working with and supporting the R&D function of the company. Will be working with R&D personel to understand key financial boundary conditions (raw material cost, process cost, capital cost etc..) for proposed new products and processes. Interfacing with business & other marketing functions to understand key financial baselines of exisiting products, and developing NPV and related financial calculations for new projects.

Qualifications:
BA in Accounting/Finance
Minimum 3 years experience in a Financial Analysis or Cost role.
Strong Excel skills a must!
Excellent communication skills

This assignment will be ongoing and has the potential to possibly lead to a permanent position.
