ParaprofessionalScopeThe Paraprofessional will support the management team with all administrative duties to include: acting as a liaison between management and the word processing department to coordinate timely delivery and flow of financial reports; performing quick edits to financial statements in word and excel; and obtaining files from the office file room, photocopying documents, converting documents to PDF format, operating facsimile machine, printers and personal computer.This position is a perfect opportunity for an individual who is currently in school working towards an accounting degree or is looking to return to school to receive a second degree in accounting. REQUIREMENTS
Travel Percentage: 10%Essential Experience (special skills and experience, licenses, certifications, and education)

Past experience working in public accounting or a legal environment preferred.
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment is required.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated word processing skills
Positive work and team attitude!
