PRINCIPAL COST & PROJECT ANALYST

Classification: Contract to Full Time Compensation: $35 to $45 per hour Reports and analyzes cost/performance, reviews and assist in updating schedules, and oversees contractual matters on assigned programs and departments. Financial administration of subcontracts. Analyzes
historical and current trends to forecast future performance. Responsible for forecasting of the rolling flash, generating invoices, preparation of the annual plan, tracking other indirect costing functions, and all aspects of the cost volume preparation which includes written content, cost/price schedules, contractual aspects such as bonding and insurance coverage and audit support. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and requires the strictest attention to detail and accuracy. An extensive knowledge of financial/cost performance in both breadth and depth is expected. Proactive in identifying and solving problems of high complexity, exercise good organizational skills, and capable of working in a team
environment which includes working with Program Managers and internal/external customers.
