Responsibilities include OR Materials Management, supply/inventory control, personnel management, business aspects and administrative aspects. REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in nursing administration or business management with three years of experience in operating/recovery rooms, two years of which have had administrative component or
Baccalaureate degree in nursing with five years of experience in operating/recovery rooms, three years, which have had an administrative component, or Equivalent combination of education and experience with skills, knowledge, and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position.
Analytical, and critical thought processes.
Skilled in Information Technology and reporting tools and programs.
Experience and knowledge in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management.
Skilled in accounting protocols and materials control principles, required.
Effective communication skills with the ability to read, write and speak English.
High level of initiative, self-direction and accountability for actions required.
Strong organization skills required to evaluate existing policies/procedures/standards and to develop and implement enhancements and/or new systems.
