We are currently seeking a Private Company Services Manager for the Tax practice for Seattle. You can help us create the tax organization that sets the standard for excellence. You will be providing tax consulting services (federal, international, state and local) as well as tax compliance services to our clients (partnerships or personal service companies) . Applicant must be capable of identifying and selling opportunities for additional tax services at existing clients as well as potential targets. Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills are critical. You will also have access to the global resources that PwC has to offer our clients and be responsible for bringing new tax ideas and opportunities to your clients. You will have a significant role in the development, coaching and training of our staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree required, masters degree preferred. Must have CPA.Essential Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience with a strong technical tax background with experience in advising companies on their tax strategy. Experience in corporate and partnership tax research, consulting and compliance obtained from employment with a professional services firm and/or law firm is essential. Highly motivated and interested in taking the initiative for personal growth development as well as the development of staff. They should demonstrate the ability to identify tax consulting opportunities and be willing and able to aggressively market services to existing and prospective clients in the Seattle market. Will also be responsible for staff deployment as well as the monitoring of staff utilization. Client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.
