PCB Vice President of Sales

Our client company, a manufacturer of highly advanced quick-turn and high-volume production Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) has an urgent need for a Vice President Sales - East.

Our client company was recently recognized in the media as one of the worlds leading providers of advanced PCB manufacturing services. This company has a very large and diverse customer base spanning numerous market segments including networking, communications, military, medical, industrial and computers. This company offers unique solutions and value propositions to its customers that their competition cannot match! This company has aggressive growth plans and grew over 15% last year! The position of Vice President Sales could lead to a Senior Vice President Sales role down the road in a relatively short time frame for a top performer!

In the role of Vice President Sales - East, you will lead and manage a team of direct sales representatives, sales managers and manufactures representatives to achieve company revenue goals. You will motivate, mentor and develop the direct sales force to meet strategic sales plan initiatives. You will develop a sales strategy that results in both new customer relationships and key account growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Necessary qualifications to be considered for the Vice President Sales - East:

*Ten (10)+ years Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry sales management experience (both directs and manufactures reps).
*Experienced managing and growing PCB sales revenues in the $50M+ range.
*Good knowledge of the Eastern USA territory (Mississippi river to east coast).
*Experience with high technology quick turn sales.
*Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
*BS degree preferred.
