Our client in the Tempe area is looking for several great Payroll Processors!!!!

The position has the overall responsibility for timely and accurate processing of assigned employee payroll checks including collection, review, input, edit, output and verification of payroll data. Explain and interpret complex payroll information to employees at all levels of the organization. Use of analytical skills to identify and address potential issues. Assist in specialized processing, requiring more detailed knowledge of payroll procedures.

This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity!!!

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements (In Priority Order):
1.Business education, technical training and some college and CPP preferred.
2.Five to seven or more years of business experience required.
3.Three to five or more years of working in a high volume, multi-state payroll department.
4.Familiarity with accounting principles relating to funds disbursements, payroll tax statutory requirements and payment regulations.
5.Familiarity with Garnishment Processing.
6.Above average customer service, communication and organizational skills.
7.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
8Ability to work as a team player in a high stress environment.
9.Experience with PC applications including Spreadsheets, Word Processing and Database Management applications required.
