P-RHF-FINANCIAL-Cost Accounting Manager

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $70000 to $85000 per year This position will be directly responsible for the cost accounting department with the following responsibilities.
XEnsure that products are properly costed & inventory is properly valuedXPlan, study & collect data to determine costs of business activity, such as raw material, purchases and inventoryXConduct cost studies for use in selling prices and establishing inventory cost for in process and finished productsXPrepare reports showing selling prices, total cost and gross marginXAnalyze actual cost and prepare monthly reports comparing standard costs to actual product costsXCoordinate annual physical inventory and monitor cycle counting programXReview and or prepare inventory adjustments and transactionsXPost inventory transactionsXMaintain accurate inventory balance sheet accountsXReconcile inventory reports and other inventory related account on weekly basisFounded in 1948, Robert Half Finance & Accounting pioneered financial recruitment and today is the worldwide leader in the field.
