P-RHF-FINANCIAL-Controller (PT)

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year Manage the financial activities of the group including billing, payables, cash forecasting, expense management and providing accounting support to the parent as necessary;•Helps identify company financial, personnel, and material needs and problems responding with pragmatic solutions that optimize performance and mitigate risks;•Develops budgets / forecasts and analysis/justifications assuring funds are being used in accordance with budgets;•Provides timely financial & performance reports to assist in the operations management of the division;•Assists client service personnel develop budgetary estimates and quotations for projects which are being proposed to clients;
•Advises on helps negotiate contracts; oversees the contract management of ESP's contract portfolio (comprised largely of Federal and GSA based contracts); resolves contract and collections problems; and properly maintains contract files and documentation;
