We are seeking a solid recruiter to source and screen sales, IT, technology, finance and other staff for open positions throughout the US for GE Commercial Finance, Capital Solutions-Access Distribution. AD is located in CO, but the position is located in our Milwaukee office. The recruiter will learn about the Access Distribution business, form strong relationships with the hiring managers and HRMs. S/he will use various channels, including internal position responses, transfers, employee referrals, internet advertisements, direct recruiting, and customer specific proprietary databases to identify candidates. S/he will present qualified candidate slates and review recruiting results, track and monitor all recruitment activities, client need analysis, sourcing volume, effectiveness and database management staffing metrics.
Preferred candidate will have a BA/BS in business, management, human resources or related field, and experience in staffing or human resources field, with emphasis on recruitment. Experience in exempt-level recruitment of sales, technology, finance or banking professionals would be a plus. Exceptional communication, interviewing, Web eCruiting, cold calling, organizational, time management and customer service skills are a must. Must be proficient with computer technology, applicant tracking systems or human resources management systems and Word, Excel, Internet and other related software. Must be able to manage high volumes and juggle multiple priorites requiring strong detail-orientation.
**The candidate will need to travel to Colorado once every 1-2 months for this position to interface with their hiring managers and HRMs.***
