Native Staffing is currently seeking numerous Oracle Consultants with experience in the following disciplines:
•Oracle Receivables, General Ledger, Public Sector Budgeting and Fixed Assets
•Oracle Grants Accounting and Labor Distribution

REQUIREMENTS
Maintain production state of business process configuration and customizations for assigned Oracle Applications including but not limited to:
Maintaining and updating key system configuration options and data elements
Maintaining and updating Client customizations, interfaces and reports
Facilitating and processing daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly processing and month end close
Working with oracle end users to resolve problems pertaining to the software configuration and customizations
Tracking and resolving production issues and Oracle Technical Assistance Requests (TAR’s)
Determining the necessity of patches and conducting the appropriate testing after patch application in test environments
Lead the design, build and test tasks to upgrade / enhance business process configuration and customizations including:
Conducting business case analysis
Transitioning roadmap development as is – to be
Conducting business process design and development
Conducting business process testing
Conducting business process design acceptance
Maintain existing Discoverer, Oracle and FSG reports and develop new reports based on end-user requirements
Maintain existing policy and procedure documents, maintain existing training manuals, develop new policy and procedure documents, develop new training manuals, and train application end users
Establish effective relationships with application end users and client staff
Demonstrate effective oral and written communication
Support all Oracle enhancement initiatives
Identify and implement efficiencies in current configuration and processes
Recognize and identify problems, develop relevant facts, formulate alternative solutions and decide on appropriate conclusions
Lead enhancement initiatives
Mentor junior staff in the enhancement of their Oracle functional and Technical knowledge, analytical skills, and development skills


Education/Expertise:
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, information systems or related field required; Masters Degree preferred. Significant Oracle 11i applications experience required.

Experience and Knowledge:
Seven to ten years’ progressive experience, full functional and technical knowledge to (a) maintain production state of business process configuration, customizations and processes; (b) lead the design, build and test tasks to upgrade / enhance the business process configuration and customizations; (c) instruct and direct junior team members; and (d) maintain existing policy and procedure documents, maintain existing training manuals, develop new policy and procedure documents, develop new training manuals, and train application end users.

Special Skills and Equipment Knowledge:
Possess an understanding of the Healthcare business environment; organizational structure; policies and procedures; current business practices; current systems and data; and the ability of the workforce in relevant areas. Knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft Office, Visio, MS Project. Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Technical Skills required: PL/SQL, SQL, Discoverer, Oracle Reports, Forms, UNIX, and Shell Scripting
