Oracle Financials

Purpose: TEKsystems is looking for an Oracle Applications DBA (Financials) for a contract opportunity with a reputable nationwide financial services client in Boston, MA.

Applicant will be providing support for Oracle Financials Release 11i applications. Will be supporting the configuration, installation, upgrading, and maintenance of the core shared application components. Will also be supporting the application developers who customize and support the individual application modules.

Candidate must have extensive DBA experience with Oracle DBMS (8i and 9i), preferable in a Sun Solaris or RedHat Linux environment. Experience with packaged Oracle Applications is required.
