Full time position from 8:00am-5:00pm.





File Intake is a section of Chase Home Finance that tracks receipt of new loan documentation at the site location. The department reviews home equity loan packages from various lines of business and denotes any exceptions (errors) for follow up from another department.

Updates appropriate tracking systems upon loan package arrival to site.

Reviews the loan package to determine conformity to federal and Chase Home Finance lending regulations.

Cites any loan package deficiencies that could prevent the bank from protecting our investment.

This position is in a non-office environment.
REQUIREMENTS




Computer knowledge (Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel)

Proficient in typing (50 wpm) and 10 key

Customer Service

Organization and time management

Verbal and written communication

Analytical and problem solving abilities

Operate office equipment

Ability to multi-task

Detail oriented

Adapts easily to changes, including new methods, procedures and systemsTeam orientedMust be able to lift 50 lbs.

Prefer 1 year experience in consumer lending, banking, or a general office settingHigh school diploma or equivalent; prefer some college attendance
