Operations Manager

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year Tempe based service company looking for a unique, experienced management professional to manage our Phoenix Area Office. Company is actively seeking management professionals in the authorized building control specialist (ABCS) field. This office currently has 10 team members and will be adding more this year. The role will be to lead and inspire the local team to achieve the office's business development and service delivery goals. In addition, you will have the opportunity to execute sales calls and earn related commissions and bonuses. Great opportunity to in essence, be responsible for running a small business.Day to day duties include but are not limited to: overseeing all aspects of area operations management functionality to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectation. Develop Process/Procedures to support both project and organizational execution. Establish, develop, maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders, execute business development calls and close contracts. Manage staff allocation and efficiency, manage training and development of staff and continuous process improvement and assurance of accurate and repeatable process. Will also be responsible to ensure success of the area operation's P&L. Candidate will prioritize among multiple demands for human and fiscal resources sufficient to administer and align these resources to accomplish the project's goals and objectives. Will ensure established human resources policies, procedures and labor contracts sufficient to interview and select project staff affirmatively, assign, schedule, direct, evaluate work performance and discipline employees.
