By combining your talent with our strength, we can achieve great results.Your job as an Operations Associate in the Corporate Employee Financial Services (CEFS) Division, is to manage all aspects of the Executive Services Groups (ESG) operations, including 10b5-1 Plans for our Stock Plan Administration team. The position is located in Nashville, TN. These responsibilites include opening new full service accounts, allocation of daily 10b5-1 trades, settlement of all 10b5-1 transactions, and ongoing review of accounts for future settlements. You will oversee all branch operations functions for this Stock Plan Administration branch. You ensure approved ESG policies and procedures are followed and acceptable customer service levels are maintained.Preferred Qualifications:You are a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree. You have Brokerage and Branch Operations Management experience. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a High School graduate with experience in Operations and with Brokerage Systems. You have strong organizational skills, problem-solving, identification, and communication skills. You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office. You have Brokerage and Branch Operations Management experience. You have stock plan administration experience.
